These five planners use different delivery models: local planning, island-wide packages, a US contract or a combined ceremony and media team. Compare the contract, legal jurisdiction and inclusions before the headline price.

‘Ireland-wide’ can cross a legal border. Use the regional guides to define the ceremony area, then ask each planner which authority, currency and supplier network applies.
Cliffs and Atlantic routes where wind, access and permits need a plan.
Peninsulas, national parks and longer rural travel days.
City access, estates and mountain scenery within one planning base.
Remote coastlines that reward local transport and weather knowledge.
A separate UK legal jurisdiction with sterling costs and its own notice rules.

Name the ceremony location first. Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland have separate notice processes, authorities and fees.
02
Ask who signs the contract, which currency applies and who pays each supplier. This exposes exchange-rate risk and hidden mark-ups.
03
Separate legal guidance from legal responsibility. Confirm the notice, documents and solemniser with the relevant public authority.
04
Photography hours, venue fees, transport and dinner are common gaps. Request inclusions and exclusions on the same page of the proposal.
Price guide
Ladybird Ever After currently publishes one sourced entry price. ElopeScout does not hold a checked public price for the other four profiles, so the table says ‘Ask directly’ instead of guessing.

How this page works
This comparison treats legal jurisdiction, contract currency and package exclusions as decision fields, not footnotes. We link to public authorities for legal basics and to a planner’s own page for any quoted starting price.
Profiles come from public business information and the vendor’s own work. “Verified” is only shown after an independent check. Price figures need a currency, an original source and a review date. Contact the professional for availability and a contract-specific quote.

One listed planner publishes a package from $4,900 USD for 0–4 guests. Other planners quote after a consultation. Compare the package fee alongside venue charges, registration fees, travel, meals, florals, styling and any supplier mark-up.
No. The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland use different authorities, notice processes and currencies. Decide where the ceremony will take place before relying on legal guidance or comparing package prices.
In the Republic of Ireland, the official guidance says couples generally give three months’ notice. Couples living abroad may be able to start by post but still need to meet the registrar before the ceremony. Confirm your case with the civil registration service.
Ask for a line-by-line schedule: planning fee, celebrant, venue, photography hours, flowers, hair and makeup, transport, meals, permits, taxes and legal fees. ‘All-inclusive’ is only useful when exclusions are equally clear.
It can be useful for US couples who want familiar payment terms and no exchange-rate movement. Compare the consumer protections, cancellation rules and total converted cost with a local euro or sterling contract.
Six to twelve months gives more choice for popular venues and summer dates. The legal notice timetable can become the limiting factor, so contact the relevant registration authority before treating a planner’s availability as confirmation.
